Come to Valparaiso's Perrine Park for "Saturday in the Park". Valparaiso Garden Club's Plant Sale will be outside the Heritage Museum's Paradise Pollinator Garden. Native plants and ornamental plants for your landscape will be available from our own gardens. Proceeds go to our college scholarship fund.

Weed Wrangle is a national event where volunteers assist with the management of invasive plants. This year Escambia County Extension is looking for help to manage two invasive plants on Pensacola Beach. Apr 22, 2023 – Biking for Cogongrass (Earth Day Search) We plan to ride bikes around Pensacola Beach searching for invasive cogongrass. The plant should be in bloom this time of year and easier to find. We will not remove, only report locations.
