The award period is projects that occurred between Jan 1-Dec 31, 2023.
Projects that occur between Nov 22-Dec 31 may submit late, but only for FFGC awards.
Note: Any troubles with the form – Just use the two extra pages – FFGC is still working out the kinks.

To win District members and clubs need to start now as Tina has 100 individual and club projects that must be completed and documented to win!
The Annual Nell Coe Award #61 is awarded every other year and revised each administration since 1966. It recognizes exemplary participation in all aspects of FFGC. The large Nell Coe Tray will remain on permanent display at Headquarters.
FFGC President and District 1 Member, Tina Tuttle, has created “100 Ways to Celebrate 100
Years” as her Nell Coe award Project for 2023-2025; a fun an innovative way to boost garden club activities and camaraderie.
100 Ways to Celebrate 100 Years
The theme “100 Ways to Celebrate 100 Years” is presented to encourage and promote participation in all aspects of FFGC and garden club work and thereby boost the growth in membership. FFGC President, Tina Tuttle and her administration will promote retention of current members and increase membership by involving as many current and potential members in activities that are sponsored/ hosted by FFGC, its districts and clubs/circles as possible. By participating in the myriad programs, projects, educational opportunities, etc.
offered, you will experience all the Garden Club has to offer. “We will be DOING garden club instead of just being a garden club.“
Proof of Accomplishment:
- If your circle/club or an individual is serious about promoting membership by participating in
all FFGC has to offer, please apply by filling out and providing the list of activities completed.
Do not hesitate to apply even if you have not completed all 100 ways…you may have completed
more than anyone else has done! - Proof of each activity you participated in will be by the completed forms emailed to FFGC
President. The Garden Clubs/Circles or individual with the most activities completed in each of
the five (5) categories below will be awarded $250.
Please use the current 2023-2025 FFGC Award Application and email the award application
with at least pictures showing your completed activities and the Nell Coe “100 Ways to Celebrate
100 years”- and your downloaded Category Proof of Accomplishment Sheet.
Award: $250 may be awarded in Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 listed below.
Categories: - Small Clubs 10- 50 members – Award Submission Form
- Medium Club with 51-100 members
- Large Club with 101 – 199 members
- Ex- Large Clubs/Circles 200 members +
- Individual member – Award Submission Form

Awards to Recognize Club Leaders
FFGC Pillar of Pride. The Pillar of Pride is a FFGC award that was established to provide special recognition for members of purpose, pride and productivity in garden club work. Applications are submitted to FFGC.
Recognize individual, circle, and club achievements by applying for awards.
Numerous achievement and service awards are available to clubs, circles, and individuals at the national, state, regional, and district level. The FFGC Book of Information (BOI) and teh FFGC Website is your source to view the broad array of awards for which individuals and clubs can be recognized. Many of these are monetary awards. So get to work, set a goal for yourself or your circle, earn an award, and make an impact on our gardening world!
Document your project in a Book of Evidence and be a winner! Awards generally must be submitted by December 1 but check the BOI for specifics.
