Pensacola Fair Flower Show Entry Day

An National Garden Club (NGC) Standard Flower Show. This years theme is “Let’s Go”. Each year, a committee from the Pensacola Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. (part of FFGC District I), hosts a flower show that any amateur gardener can enter! The flower show is a juried show that conforms to the National Garden Clubs, Inc. flower show rules. There are categories for everyone! Horticulture, floral design, botanical arts, and education. Please see attached schedule to learn more about what categories you can select for your entry. This is an opportunity for members and the public to participate in a flower show by showing off your horticulture, or your creative side in a floral design, assist with judging, or act as a host/hostess in educating thousands of visitors in areas of horticulture, floral design, conservation and landscape design. Entry Drop Off: between 7:00 and 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 15, 2025
SHOW TIMES: Wednesday, October 16th thru Saturday, October 25th, 2025 – open to the public at 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm daily with admission to the Fair. Visit Pensacola Fair for admission specials.
Pick up design entries: Sunday, October 26, beginning at 8:00 am (Cut horticulture specimens will be discarded) Designs must be removed on Sunday, October 26, by 11:00 am.
