DESCRIPTION:The District 1 finale to National Garden Week will be a Rededication Ceremony for the Bartram Trail Marker at Fort Pickens. You are invited to attend the  ceremony at Fort Pickens (near Pensacola) on the 6th of June\, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.\nFort Pickens is a National Park and requires a entrance fee at the gate.  They will wave our fees if we register in advance with Linda Henderson.\n\nFor more information\, please contact Linda Henderson (henderson9364@outlook.com).    Please allow sufficient time to process at the gate and get parked.  Additional directional signs to the ceremony will be placed.\n\n\nGet information regarding the Bartram Trail Marker:\n\nWilliam Bartram Trail\nNear Pensacola Beach near Fort Pickens Road\nnorth of Battery Cooper Loop Road\nYou will want to follow signs to “Battery Worth”\nGoogle Map link:  Battery Worth\, Fort Pickens\, Pensacola Beach\, Florida\n\n\nFor more information contact Betty White\,  bettyw74@yahoo.com
